Bad experience The place is gross
Nasty place. Constant thefts, breaking into units, units flooding, it sits below regular ground level and they wont help you if your unit gets flooded/molds when it rains. Run by druggies/meth users it seems. Night guy is a creepy looking addict too, I heard he was the one that broke into my unit. Stay far away!
A one star rating is way too much for this filthy sty You would be better off storing your stuff in a pig pen The owner Steve Parker let's disabled people live in the units with no AC filled with bugs and rats SOOOO many cockroaches ,ants and spiders and BED BUGS If you have stuff in this place BEWARE The owner should be ashamed to rent units to people and make disabled people work there to live in his digusting conditions I have pictures if u would like verification
