Returned the following day for a final check before heading off for a cross country journey. Staff member Noel greeted us in the parking lot. He checked the hitch and explained how the trailer brake works. Then, he hit the cold ground and inspected the chains underneath. How many businesses meet their customers in the parking lot? Outstanding!
This place was a little expensive. I rented a month to month unit and their was no start up fee at the time and no yearly contracts or any kind of cancelation fees. The lady's in the office were very polite as well.
Staff members Krysten, Candy, and Donna all assisted us well renting a cargo trailer for a cross-country move. These ladies are professionals who seem to understand the challenges of moving. We couldn't be happier about our experience.
