We ordered furniture from. Big box store so that we could schedule delivery for a vacation house. When the truck arrived they informed us the sofa was too large to come up our stairs and didn't even take it off the truck. We were in a quandary since we already sold our leather sofa. I had been in the store on a previous visit and loved their selection and staff so we ran over to see if they might have something that would work. They were so helpful, knew their furniture and sold off the showroom floor. They even delivered in a few hours after our decision! Wow! I have never worked with a store so accommodating. We will purchase anything we need for our house from them and not look anywhere else in the future. We can't say enough about how wonderful this experience was!
Store was very nice with lots of beautiful furniture. Picked out a nice piece and we going to purchase it, but Donna the design consultant said we could not purchase it.When we ask why she became very rude and said she had a customer who was coming to Look at it. I asked her about the first come first serve rule the little lady that was helping us told us about. She basically told us we're not important and that if we wanted it, We would have to order it. When I told her I would not be purchasing anything from them for the way we were treated. She told me and I quote Well that's a shame. Took everything I had not to tell her what a rude woman she is. As long as Donna is working there I will never buy anything from Waterway Furniture.
The only furniture store to do business with. Donna was extremely helpful in every aspect of our home redesign !
