I had a high opinion of them when I first bought my car there. Then they changed some of the staff in the little river location and communication and attitudes have went to hell. Never will I ever buy anything from them again and I won't send business their way.
I need an inspection on my motorcycle and no place seemed open on a Saturday. The service department of Car City Calabash called me the morning after I had gone on line the Thursday before and put in a service request. We schedule for Saturday at 10:30 am and I arrived 10 minutes earlier, at exactly 10:30 I took my bike into the inspection bay and was done by 10:45. I also got a follow up email from Sarah insuring my service request was addressed.
Called up and got hung up on, Slow response to emails. 2011 C300, INSTANT MARKET $4000. PRICED AT $13K. PRICE GOUGE ALERT.
